• Deluxe Wedding Package, 3-day house and grounds hire = $3,500
• Short Term Wedding Package, 6-hour House and Grounds hire = $1,250, optional 2-hour extension, additional $300
• Special Event Package, 8-hour House and Grounds hire = $1,650
• 18^th and 21^st Birthday Parties, 8-hour House and Grounds hire = $1,650 (please note additional terms and conditions)
• House and Grounds, 4-hour hire = $700 ($160/hour thereafter)
• Ballroom, 4-hour hire = $220 ($50/hour thereafter)
• Ballroom Gallery, 4-week exhibition period = $600

NOTE: the above hire packages have an option to hire our Steinway Grand Piano (located in the Ballroom) $200

• Boardroom, 4-hour hire = $100 ($22/hour thereafter)
• Art Room, 4-hour hire = $100 ($22/hour thereafter)
