Rachel Healy (Chair)

Rachel Healy has worked in senior roles in the arts and cultural sector for 30 years, including Director of Performing Arts for Sydney Opera House, General Manager, Belvoir St Theatre and Executive Manager, Culture for City of Sydney.

She is the longest serving Artistic Director of the Adelaide Festival, alongside Neil Armfield, whom she shared the role with from 2015–2022. Rachel is currently the Interim Director of The Pavilion Arts Centre Sutherland, joint Chair of Adelaide University’s Creativity and Culture Industry Advisory Board, serves on the Board of Performing Arts Connections Australia and is a creative industries consultant.

Andrew Boeyen

Andrew Boeyen holds a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, and is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant. He has worked as a finance professional for more than 25 years in an array of industries, including mining, manufacturing, software development and advertising.

Andrew has 15 years’ experience reporting to boards, and has spent 10 years working in the disability sector, during which time he developed a desire for community service. In this capacity, Andrew has been a director of two non-profit organisations and an independent advisor in another.

Craig Yeung

Craig Yeung is the Founding Director of Motus Legal, a non-traditional legal consulting company specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and advisory. Through Motus, Craig works with a range of clients, including entrepreneurs and family groups, venture capital and private equity funds, and public-listed companies. Motus is active in a broad range of industries, including technology, resources and energy, life sciences and financial services.

When Craig was a law student, he also worked as a piano teacher at a local primary school. He continues to play to this day, passing the skill down to his two young sons.

Angela Flynn

Angela Flynn is a Tiwi, Larrakia and Chinese woman, and a highly credentialed arts manager. She has held pivotal roles at Tandanya National Aboriginal Cultural Institute, Tarnanthi – Art Gallery of South Australia Adelaide Festival Centre, and was Producer for First Nations Dialogues New York, USA – a First Nations-led gathering of artists, presenters, curators and producers.

Angela has extensive experience working as an independent producer, helping First Nations artists and communities develop and tour new work. During her time at Arts South Australia, Angela planned, developed and created the state’s first Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Strategy. She is currently Chair of Vitalstatistix and sits on the board of Performing Arts Connections Australia.

Rosina Di Maria (Deputy Chair)

Rosina Di Maria is a Principal at Woods Bagot and Chair of the global architecture and design firm’s Adelaide studio. She has been involved in several notable projects, including the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute, The Australian Bragg Centre for Proton Therapy & Research, Journey Beyond’s Rail travel upgrade, BHP’s global workplace transformation, the National Gallery of Australia upgrade, and Tarrkarri – Centre for First Nations Cultures at Lot Fourteen, in collaboration with New York practice Diller Scofidio + Renfro.

Rosina is a frequent invited speaker, panellist, and juror, she judges multiple awards, and currently holds a position on the Property Council of Australia and is a board member of JamFactory.

Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan

Rosalie Rotolo-Hassan is the founder of Bottega Rotolo, a much-loved Adelaide institution known for importing European food and wine and providing a distribution framework for Australian artisan producers. The daughter of Italian migrants, Rosalie began working with her parents in the Adelaide Central Market at age 15, stood as a candidate for the Adelaide City Council at 18, and grew Bottega Rotolo into a national brand with major corporate customers, such as Qantas, Foodland/IGA, Coles and Woolworths.

Rosalie sold Bottega Rotolo in 2022. She is now the South Australian representative on the Council of The National Library of Australia.

Johnny von Einem

Johnny von Einem is a journalist and the editor of CityMag, a publication covering hospitality, arts, business and life in Adelaide. His writing has been recognised by the South Australian Press Club Awards, and he is a judge in Solstice Media’s 40 Under 40.

Johnny also works with local arts organisations The Mill and FELTspace, facilitating their writer-in-residence programs, through which he mentors and provides a platform to emerging arts writers.

Ella Macintyre

Ella Macintyre is Chief Product Officer at publicly listed Adelaide game developer Mighty Kingdom, and prior to this was Producer of Marketing and Distribution at Epic Films. She is passionate about arts education and the development of sustainable creative industries in South Australia.

In addition to working in the arts as an executive in her current role, Ella also has experience navigating the industry as a creator. She first became familiar with Carclew as a young person participating in workshops, where she experienced the value and importance of the organisation.
