Carclew is located on the city fringe at 11 Jeffcott Street, North Adelaide, on Kaurna Country.

There is limited on-site parking on the grounds of Carclew House that is available to hirers outside business hours. In addition, there is ample free on-street parking on the streets surrounding Carclew (Jeffcott St, Strangways Tce).
