Arts Administration Traineeships

Carclew Youth Arts' Arts Administration Traineeships are an essential training and employment program for young South Australian's aiming to break into professional arts management.

An arts administration traineeship is a 12-month entry level program for applicants aged 18 - 26 years and is run across metropolitan and regional South Australia.

Trainees are placed in an arts or cultural organisation to gain meaningful and relevant experience within the industry. All trainees receive a training wage and work towards achieving Certificate III in Business Administration (Arts).

Since its commencement in 1994, over 150 emerging arts administrators have successfully completed traineeships, hosted at over 37 individual work sites in both metropolitan and regional locations.
