The School of Chinese Music and Arts was established in 2005 to teach the Chinese Harp (Gu-Zheng). 

Zhao Liang – Chinese Harpist, conducts the workshops and has been honoured to be involved in several projects, including: the Chinatown Gouger Street Gate Opening in 2004, the OzAsia Festival in 2007 and 2009, the South Australia Olympics Appeal Dinner in 2007 and 2009, the Adelaide Fringe Festival with East Meets West in 2008, and Three Anangu Stories, WOMAD 2009.

The school has performed at private and public events, providing musical entertainment for functions and occasions. Today, services include entertainment for events, music and arts workshops for teachers and students, as well as supplementary support for a range of curriculum areas.
