Unconquered Spirit | Curated by Craig Robert Middleton | Featuring Samantha Webb

Foyer Gallery Curator

The Foyer Gallery Curator is part of Carclew’s Residency Program that provides artists with the chance to reside in a space where they can develop their artform, gain industry support and access opportunities to expand their professional networks. We also offer two Artist in Residence.

Carclew is currently calling for expressions of interest from emerging practitioners aged 26 or under, for the 2018 Curator in Residence program. Click here for an Application Pack and online application form. You can find out about other current artist EOIs here.

The Foyer Gallery Curator position is suitable for emerging arts professionals who are seeking mentoring and further experience in the curation and management of visual arts exhibitions.

The exhibitions aim to profile the work of South Australia’s young and emerging visual artists, and applicants for the Curator position should therefore have a good knowledge of the local contemporary visual arts arena. The curator is responsible for the artwork selection, coordination and smooth delivery of six exhibitions over a one-year period.

Carclew's 2017 Foyer Gallery Curator is Olivia Kubiak.
