Rooms and spaces within Carclew House and grounds can be hired separately, in combination, or in total.
House and garden
Heritage listed Carclew House and gardens are an ideal space for events, functions and weddings. The grounds of Carclew House feature a large, sweeping garden area with grass that spans three sides of the building and is dressed with palm trees and paved courtyards.
House and garden hire includes use of the ballroom, boardroom, art room, toilet facilities (including disability access), foyer and carpark. Also included is the use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables.

Ballroom
Carclew’s Ballroom is set to the west of Carclew House. This highly adaptable room overlooks the garden and the North Adelaide Golf Course. The room provides late Victorian elegance with modern charm for any event and can be split into two smaller areas, plus a small kitchen attached. Also included is the use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables.
Featuring polished wooden floors, decorative high ceilings and access to a paved entertaining area in the grounds, the Ballroom is a beautiful location for productions, events, rehearsals, seminars, conferences, meetings and functions.

Boardroom
Carclew’s stunning heritage boardroom comfortably seats up to 14 people around the large, original dining table. Overlooking the eastern gardens and featuring original late Victorian décor, the boardroom is a convenient, quiet and central location in which to conduct meetings.
