Special event package

8-hour House and Grounds hire including:

  • use of the ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
  • use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables.
  • a staff member onsite for the duration of the event
  • additional toilets, totalling 3 x male + trough and 3 x female)
  • For events where alcohol is served, Carclew requires hirers to arrange additional professional security services, as follows:
    • Events with 200-300 people attending, 1 security guard required
    • Events with 301-400 people attending, 2 security guards required

 

18th and 21st birthday packages

8-hour House and Grounds hire with all the inclusions listed in the Special event package above. Carclew also requires additional care and security including the following:

  • $600 bond payment (refundable after the event provided all terms and conditions are met)
  • the hirer must arrange professional security services as follows:
    • Events with 0-50 people attending, 1 security guard required
    • Events with 51-150 people attending, 2 security guards required
    • Events with 151-400 people attending, 3 security guards required

Deluxe Package

3-day house and grounds hire including:

  • Day 1: 9am – 5pm access to the ballroom and gardens for set-up
  • Day 2: 10am – 1am exclusive event day access to ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
  • Day 3: 3-hour access for pack-down, collection of hires and cleaning
  • use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables
  • a staff member onsite for the duration of the event
  • complimentary rehearsal (available during business hours)

Short Term Package

6-hour House and Grounds hire including

  • use of the ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
  • use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables.
  • a staff member onsite for the duration of the event
  • complimentary rehearsal (available during business hours)
