Emerging Creative Producers

For Artists

Backing the next generation of creative leaders.

As part of our Sharehouse program, Emerging Creative Producers is a 12-month initiative turning Carclew House into a cultural hub owned and activated by young creatives supported by experienced mentors.

Carclew will establish four paid Emerging Creative Producer positions to devise and deliver a series of events, interactions, projects, and digital engagements made by young people for young people.

Alongside their work, we’ll undertake a fit-out of a dedicated digital suite at Carclew House which will enable national, outer metro, regional and remote audiences and others with access challenges, to connect and create, now and into the future. Carclew House will be the hub and the work will reach across the State.

Diversity, access and inclusion are central to the Emerging Creative Producers. They will be recruited from regional/remote and culturally diverse communities, and young creatives living with a disability. They will be mentored by experienced industry professionals and supported by collaborations with aligned partner organisations to build skills, knowledge, networks and career pathways.

Keep an eye out for announcements and watch as this program springs to life in the hands of this dynamic team.
