Carclew is a stunning venue for your special day. The house and grounds can be transformed into something spectacular and unique, whether you choose indoors, outdoors, or both.
We offer the following packages:

Package 1
- Day 1: 9am – 5pm access to the ballroom and gardens for set-up
- Day 2: 10am – 1am exclusive event day access to ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
- Day 3: 3-hour access for pack-down, collection of hires and cleaning
- use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables
- a staff member onsite for the duration of the event
- complimentary rehearsal (available during business hours)
Package 2
- use of the ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
- use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables.

For events where alcohol is served, Carclew requires hirers to arrange additional professional security services, as follows:
- Events with 200-300 people attending, 1 security guard required
- Events with 301-400 people attending, 2 security guards required
