Weddings

Carclew is a stunning venue for your special day. The house and grounds can be transformed into something spectacular and unique, whether you choose indoors, outdoors, or both.

We offer the following packages:

(NOTE: outside business hours only)

Package 1

  • Day 1: 9am – 5pm access to the ballroom and gardens for set-up
  • Day 2: 10am – 1am exclusive event day access to ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
  • Day 3: 3-hour access for pack-down, collection of hires and cleaning
  • use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables
  • a staff member onsite for the duration of the event
  • complimentary rehearsal (available during business hours)

Package 2

  • use of the ballroom, boardroom, kitchen, carpark, foyer and garden
  • use of 100 white bistro chairs and 20 x 6ft trestle tables.
  • a staff member onsite for the duration of the event
  • complimentary rehearsal (available during business hours)

For events where alcohol is served, Carclew requires hirers to arrange additional professional security services, as follows:

  • Events with 200-300 people attending, 1 security guard required
  • Events with 301-400 people attending, 2 security guards required
